The PhD in Leadership and Education with a Leadership specialization integrates the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for you to become a highly accomplished professional and an outstanding leader in public or non-public educational institutions.

Upon completing the program you will be prepared to assume a leadership position in an organization in your community, pursue a career as a college professor, or become a consultant to various companies.


The 54 credit program includes:

  • Leadership Foundation courses -15 credits
