Cornelia Grunes went 3-0 in singles, knocking off three ranked opponents, and combined with teammate Victoria Courmes to go 3-0 at #1 doubles as the Bucs extended their season opening winning streak to seven matches. Her efforts earn her the Female Buccaneer of the Week for Feb. 24.

Joey Perez is the Male Buccaneer of the week after hitting .750 (9-for-12) and reaching base 81.2 percent of the time in the Bucs' five games. He went 4-for-4 with a double and four runs scored in the opener against the Tritons and 3-for-3 in the finale.
