In order to view our motions, appeals, writs, and fact sheets, you need to be a Florida juvenile defender (public defender, regional counsel or private counsel) and send the Juvenile Justice Center an email to get the password. These services are free to all Florida lawyers who defend children in the delinquency system. The password will be periodically changed to preserve the privacy of the information. We encourage all of you to contribute to this information bank.
