Dr. Robert Edmund Scully, Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior, has a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Management and a Masters degree in Economics. He is in his fifteenth year with Barry University and twenty-fifth year overall as a full-time college faculty member. He has extensive experience teaching courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Since 1993, Dr. Scully has served as Academic Coordinator for a variety of Administration specializations and degree programs at the Rooney School of Adult and Continuing Education. Other responsibilities have included serving as a Faculty Senator; Associate Director for the American Council on Education’s State Affiliate Office at Barry University; National Coordinator and Distance Learning Evaluator for the ACE/Credit program; and Sterling Quality Award Examiner for the State of Florida.

In addition, he has over ten years of full-time business experience including serving as a Management and Organizational Development Specialist with Unisys Corporation at their Worldwide Education Center in Princeton. He also co-developed CONNECTIONS, a quality service program for college staff, which has been implemented by over 1000 colleges and universities.
