ENROLLMENT CRITERIA
There are no prerequisites, formal educational or experience requirements except that participants should be motivated to improve their own customer service skills.
INSTRUCTOR
MAXINE KAMIN, M.ED. is President of TOUCH Consulting, The Personal Touch in Business. Ms. Kamin is a popular instructor who has trained thousands of participants in customer service, leadership and communications. Before founding her business ten years ago, she was the Training Manager at American Express Southern Region Operations Center, a faculty member at the University of Massachusetts, and Acting Dean of Instruction at Miami-Dade Community College. Ms. Kamin brings an extensive background in training for businesses, government agencies, schools, restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, sports arenas and financial institutions.
