Certification Information:
The Global Learning System is designed for HR professionals with at least two years of practical HR job experience. The primary focus is the global practice and application of human resources. Basic HR practices such as compensation, selection, legal practices and benefits will be covered briefly. For those who want a more comprehensive basic training, we recommend the SHRM Essentials of Human Resource Management Certificate program as a prerequisite. All exam registrations must be postmarked by the posted deadline. If you have any questions regarding the Global exams, please visit www.shrm.org/learning/global, call HRCI at 866-898-HRCI or e-mail info@hrci.org. While no single course of study guarantees success on HRCI examinations, thousands of individuals have used the Global SHRM Learning System to study for the exam.
