The Essentials of Human Resource Management (EHRM) is a true introduction to human resource management. The primary focus of this program is to provide participants with a broad overview of the human resource function. It consists of six modules and is offered over 15 contact hours. The course includes readings, lectures, class discussions, and application activities.
Entry-level HR professionals and employees with management responsibilities are excellent candidates for the EHRM course, including:
• Supervisors and line managers who have the responsibility for interviewing and training employees
• Individuals seeking a career in human resources
• Line-managers, front line managers, and small business managers
