What is The Essentials of Human Resource Management?

The Essentials of Human Resource Management (EHRM) is a true introduction to human resource management. The primary focus of this program is to provide participants with a broad overview of the human resource function. It consists of six modules and is offered over 15 contact hours. The course includes readings, lectures, class discussions, and application activities.

Who Should Attend?

Entry-level HR professionals and employees with management responsibilities are excellent candidates for the EHRM course, including:
• Supervisors and line managers who have the responsibility for interviewing and training employees
• Individuals seeking a career in human resources
• Line-managers, front line managers, and small business managers
• Staffing specialists and recruiters
• Benefits coordinators and HR administrators

Two Saturdays– August 9 and August 16 - 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. each day at Barry University Broward Campus  -  Fort Lauderdale – Dean Altman, Instructor.

Two Saturdays – September 6 and September 13 - 8:30 a.m. -5:00 p.m. each day at Barry University  Coral Springs Campus – Dr. Jalane Meloun, Instructor.

Two Fridays –  October 3 and October 10 – 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. each day at Barry University Miami Shores – Dr. Jalane Meloun, Instructor.
