Certified Financial Planner

Students interested in a career in Personal Financial Planning should consider the Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies with a specialization in Personal Financial Planning. To obtain the designation of becoming a registered CFP you must have received a Bachelor's degree or above.

South Florida Program

Barry University in partnership with Ken Zahn, Inc is pleased to announce the Certified Financial Planning Certificate program in South Florida.

Students gain a broad knowledge in financial planning and satisfy the educational requirements to qualify for the CFP®
Certification Exam.

Classes meet on Fridays, 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm and Saturdays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with three weekends per module (7 modules).  Class will meet at Barry University, main campus located in Miami Shores.

Orlando Program

The John P. Stilwell II Certified Financial Planning Program is offered in partnership between Valencia Community College Foundation and Barry University.

Students gain a broad knowledge in financial planning and satisfy the educational requirements to qualify for the CFP® Certification Exam.

Classes meet alternate Saturdays from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm at the Barry University site located on Sandlake Road.
