Materials
Materials include six module-specific workbooks that correspond to the six functional areas, responsibilities, and associated knowledge as defined by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Materials will be provided at your first class, they are included in your tuition. Registration for the courses also provides access to http://www.learnhrm.com/index.html which includes application questions. A glossary, e-flashcards, pre- and post-tests and an ongoing view of progress. Learnhrm.com compliments the new online testing.

PHR and SPHR Exam requirements
To apply for either the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), candidates must meet the eligibility requirements set down by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
