Care Desk & Answer Center
The purpose of the Care Desk and Answer Center is to conveniently provide information regarding Barry activities and resources to students, faculty and staff. Located in the Landon Student Union, the Coordinator of the Care Desk and Answer Center gathers information on campus policies, procedures, services, and programs and provides students with basic knowledge regarding academic units, student services, admissions, financial aid, registration, and billing. The Coordinator encourages students to utilize technology resources, such as WebAdvisor, BarryNet, and Student Web in order to access their personal student records and valuable campus-wide information and announcements. The Care Desk and Answer Center is part of the Division of Enrollment Management and works as an extension of QIP and as a liaison between students and departments or schools. |
