Frantz Moise’s journey so far includes a trip across the ocean, a high school full of classmates who did not speak his language, a community college that gave him the tools and encouragement to keep going, and Barry University, where he indulged his passion for research.
During this journey, many recognized his potential and helped him along the way. Barry psychology professors encouraged him to do more than was required. Massachusetts Institute of Technology offered a summer internship in their Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences. And a homecare services agency recruited him for a job as a case manager immediately after graduation last May. But he’s not finished yet. His dreams for the future include graduate school, more research, more work in the community, and teaching.
“The best thing about Barry is the professors who will help with any problem, and the close friends I made there,” said Frantz. “I could not have asked for better than that.”
