Undergraduate Admissions

Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Aid

Barry evaluates applications on a rolling basis and will notify prospective students of their admission status once all required documentation has been received. Students may request an application packet or apply online.

Prospective students should also apply early for financial aid. Barry offers generous scholarships based on academic achievement as well as financial need. All undergraduate students, U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and international students are automatically considered for Barry academic scholarships once all official high school or college transcripts are received.

We encourage you to make a campus visit in order to meet with an admissions counselor, tour the campus, and become familiar with the campus environment.

Undergraduate Admissions

There's something so different, so exciting, and so friendly about Barry University and the surrounding village of Miami Shores, Florida,  that you must come experience it. The breezy, tropical campus, located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, is filled with over 1,000 palms - and with students from what seems like equally as many cultural, geographic, and religious backgrounds. Here, students come together to celebrate life, to broaden their horizons, and to pursue their dreams.

If you are looking for an outstanding educational community offering 50+ undergraduate majors and a highly qualified faculty, then Barry University may be the right place for you. With our low student to faculty ratio (averaging 14:1), you can realize your greatest academic potential.

Additionally, our Scholarship and Grant Program rewards students for prior academic achievement. The awards are renewable provided that you meet renewal requirements. To find out more about the Scholarship and Grant Program, contact an admissions representative.
