BS Clinical Biology Specialization Programs:
- Histotechnology: Provides intense training in histotechnology through a combination of lectures, hands-on laboratory experience and clinical internships.
- Nuclear Medicine: Conduct procedures in which radioactive drugs are used to diagnose medical problems.
- Medical Technology: Perform laboratory tests used for diagnosis and treatment of disease and maintenance of health. Includes the major disciplines of blood banking, chemistry, hematology, immunology and microbiology.
Graduate Certificate in Biotechnology: This certificate program will serve the needs of healthcare and research professionals in need of advanced courses and training in the field of Biotechnology. Workshops in this program may serve as continuing education credits for healthcare and laboratory professionals.
BS Clinical Biology (Completion Program): If you have an associate’s degree and certification as a medical laboratory technician, histotechnician, nuclear medicine technician, ultrasound technician or respiratory technician, you can advance your career as a health care professional by earning a bachelor’s degree in clinical biology.
Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Histotechnology: A certificate program for students with a bachelor’s degree. Provides intense training in histotechnology through a combination of lectures, hands-on laboratory experience and clinical internships.
