Alumni Association Web Site Privacy Statement
The Barry University Alumni Relations office and the Alumni Association are committed to preserving the privacy of alumni.
Please note these facts regarding the privacy of personal information as it pertains to the Alumni Web site:
- When you subscribe to the Alumni Web site and provide addresses, those addresses are recorded. They may be used for sending out future mailings via regular mail or e-mail (event announcements and so forth). E-mail addresses of registered users will never knowingly be disclosed to non-University affiliated or University-approved third parties.
- While we have taken precautionary measures to insure your privacy is protected, neither the Board of Trustees of Barry University, the Barry University Alumni Association, nor any of their officers, employees, attorneys, representatives, insurers, or assigns shall be liable for any direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damage arising out of the use or misuse of this site or the content of any message sent by or to site users.
