Rebecca Lee, DNP, CRNA
Dr. Rebecca Lee is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Barry University in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She was born in Hong Kong and raised in Queens, New York. She began her nursing career with undergraduate studies at Queensborough Community College and finished her BSN at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Lee graduated from Barry University's Master of Science in Anesthesiology program in 2000. She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies in 2012.
Since 2000, Dr. Lee has worked as a nurse anesthetist in large and small health care facilities in Orlando and South Florida. She has also branched out her anesthesia skills to incorporate cosmetic and aesthetic injectables working as an ARNP in a busy plastic surgery setting. Her special interests include situation awareness and predictors of academic success in student registered nurse anesthetists.
