Ethics Bowl Team Competed in International Championships

The 18th Annual Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl International Championship was held in Jacksonville, Florida, on February 27  and Barry University’s team was a part of the event, which brought together over 180 undergraduate students, along with faculty coaches, judges, and moderators from across the United States and Canada.  

Each fall, students and faculty coaches compete in ten regional competitions across the United States and Canada. 

Only the top winning regional teams are invited to participate in the international championships that are held each spring in conjunction with the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics annual conference.

Barry's team consisted of Cheryl Frazier, Laura Loomer, Enrique Alvarado, Natalie Diaz, Rashel Calixte, and Dianna Bellian. The team was assisted by lecturer Jason Southworth and coaches Dr. Ruth Tallman, Dr. Sandra Fairbanks, and Dr. Joel Wilcox
