Samara Ferreira earned Female Scholar-Athlete-of-the-Year award. A three-year starter for the volleyball team, she carries a 3.967 GPA in biology and plans to attend medical school after graduation. She was second on the team in blocks and fifth in kills this past year as Barry went 15-12.

Preston Roberts became the first non-tennis player to win the male award in six years. A senior on the men's golf team, he carries a 3.765 GPA in sport mangament, he has averaged 74.44 strokes per round and finished tied for fourth at the Buccaneer Invitational as Barry won the team title.
