Final Record: 44-15; 21-7 in the SSC (1st place)

• Team won its first-ever outright SSC title
• Hosted the South Region Tournament for the first time since 1997 and second time overall
• Won South Region Tournament to advance to the National Championship for the third time in school history
• Finished tied for fifth at National Championship
• Geralyn Elam set conference records with 406 strikeouts, and a 0.28 ERA, tied conference records with 32 wins and 20 shutouts and set school records with 53 scoreless innings and seven straight shutouts
• Elam was named first-team All-American and national player for the year by the NFCA
• Elam and Lindsey Rhodes were first-team All-SSC and first-team All-South Region
• KD Smith, Heather Hodges, and Kristina Socarras earned 4.0 GPAs in the fall
