Dawn Wagner Gregor

As a midfielder on the Barry soccer teams of 1987, 1988, and 1989, Dawn Wagner Gregor was a part of history. She was a member of the only Barry athletic team to qualify for an NCAA Division I Tournament in 1987, and was a key player on the landmark 1989 National Championship team. Gregor supplied the consistent and heady play crucial to a high-caliber team. Her solid overall play was recognized in the 1989 NCAA Division II Championships, when she was selected to the All-Tournament Team.

Gregor's efforts in the classroom merited her being selected as an Academic All-American in 1987 and 1988, as well as Barry University's Athlete-of-the-Year in 1989-90. Since her graduation in 1990, Gregor has gone on to become a chemistry teacher and women's soccer coach at Plantation High School.
