Alexandria Fernander is coming off an outstanding week after helping the Buccaneers posted a 1-1 mark in SSC action. In Bucs 52-48 loss to Lynn, Fernander recorded her 11th double-double (18 points, 11 rebounds)of the season, handed out three assists and recorded four steals. She finished 6-of-15 (.400) from the field and 6-of-7 (.857) from the free throw line. She rounded out the week with a 16 point, 12 rebound performance (her 12th double-double of the season) to upset the higher ranked Rollins Tars. She fired over 63.0 percent (7-of-11) from the field, dished out three assists and added four more steals from the low post position. It was the first win the Bucs have posted in Winter Park in 10 seasons. She finished the week averaging 17.0 points, 11.5 rebounds, shot 50 percent (13-of-26) from the floor and nearly 73.0 percent (8-of-11) from the free throw line. She also averaged three assists and four steals per game.
