Maya Ozery led the Bucs to a 2-0 week in Sunshine State Conference play. She piloted a 1-0 win over #3 Tampa with her first goal of the season, and then scored twice on headers against Eckerd as Barry won its first two conference matches of the season.
Jeff Hanak posted the best performance of his career as a Buccaneer finishing third out of 94 individuals with a three-round four-over-par 217 (69-76-72), as the Barry University men’s golf team competed as individuals at the Spartan Invitational. Hanak carded a career-best 69 in the opening round.
