Simon Forsslund took top spot in the NSU Shark Invitational with a five-under-par 211 (70-70-71). Forsslund, who was in second place after the first two rounds, finished a stroke better than Johnson & Wales’ Brandon Meltzer who led after the first day. The tournament was Forsslund’s first as a Buccaneer and his first collegiate victory.

Senior Julie Stas led the Bucs at the FIU Tournament, winning both singles, beating North Florida's Simona Weymar 6-1, 6-1 and taking her other match 6-3, 6-1 over Bettina Botha of Florida Gulf Coast. She also went 1-1 in doubles with partner Caroline Wendling.
