Emelie Karlsson celebrated senior day by scoring the fifth hat trick of her career to led the Bucs to a 3-1 win over Florida Tech. Karlsson is now tied with Lauren Ruda (1997-2000) and Adria Gaete (1997-2000) for second place in the Bucs' record book. Jenny Nilsson (1998-2000) has the record with eight. Karlsson holds Barry and Sunshine State Conference records with 74 goals, 49 assists, 197 points and 24 game-winning goals.
Emmanuel Miranda helped the Bucs set a Sunshine State Conference record as they scored three goals in 2:50 in a come-from-behind win over Florida Tech. After dropping behind 1-0, Lee Yakubowich tied the game with a goal at the 54:48 mark. Miranda scored the game winner just 0:12 seconds later and then added an insurance goal at 57:38. The three goals were the fastest ever by an SSC team and the second fastest in NCAA history. Miranda and Yakubowich's 0:12 second gap was the third-fastest in SSC history.
