Princess Bailey led the Bucs to a 72-33 win over Puerto Rico-Cayey to open the Bill Sullivan era. She was two rebounds and two assists shy of a quadruple-double, finishing with 14 points, eight rebounds, eight assists and 10 steals. Her 10 steals were one shy of the school record (11, held by Kertria Lofton twice and Sandra Williams).
Felipe Barrios came off the bench with 18 points and a career-high 18 rebounds as the Bucs posted a 67-58 come-from-behind win over Puerto Rico-Cayey. He scored 13 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in the second half as Barry overcame a 34-31 half-time deficit.
