Akemi Maehama went 4-0 on Saturday as the Bucs swept a pair of Sunshine State Conference matches on the road at Saint Leo and Eckerd. She won both singles in straight sets, taking number six against the Lions and number four against the Tritons. Teaming with Linda Fritschken, she won 8-1 at number two doubles at Saint Leo. With partner Liz Vargas, she won 8-2 at number three at Eckerd.
