Maya Ozery led the Bucs to a 1-0 win in the season opener against Webber. She led the defense which allowed only two shots, one on goal, as the team opened the season with a shutout for the second year in a row.

Henry Apaloo scored four goals as the Bucs opened the season with a pair of 5-0 wins at the Buccaneer Invitational. He netted a penalty kick against Nyack and then scored his first career hat-trick against Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras.
