2001: Volleyball Brings Home Division II Title
GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan -- For the second time in school history, Barry University was crowned the NCAA Division II National Champions after trouncing the South Dakota State Jackrabbits 3-0 in the final match and ending the 2001 season with a 21-game win streak.[read more]

2004: Volleyball Wins Third National Title
MIAMI SHORES, Fla.— The Barry Buccaneers rallied from a game-one loss to defeat Truman State University 25-30, 30-21, 30-25, 30-24 to win the 2004 NCAA Division II Volleyball national championship in the Health & Sports Center at Barry University.[read more]

2007: Men's Golf Wins NCAA Division II Championship
ALLENDALE, Mich. – Hernan Borja (Sr., Coral Springs, Fla.) finished second out of 105 individuals with a four-round score of 291 (+7) to lead the Barry University men's golf team to their first NCAA Division II national title in school history.[read more]

2010: FINALLY! Men's Tennis Wins National Championship
ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla.—Despite falling behind 4-2 in the NCAA DII national Championship match, the Barry men's tennis team won four of the six singles matches to capture the all-elusive national championship 5-4 over the #1 Valdosta State Blazers. This group of Bucs, who finished runner up in 2008 and 2009, finally won the title on their third try.[read more]
2011: WOMEN'S TENNIS WINS NCAA CHAMPIONSHIP
ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla.—A sixteen-hour delay wasn’t enough to deter the Barry University women’s tennis team from winning their first-ever national championship over the Lynn University Knights on Sunday afternoon. Though play was stopped on Saturday afternoon, the Bucs came out with force on Sunday morning and took one doubles match and four singles matches to win the school’s ninth national championship since 1989.[read more]

2013: NCAA Champs: Men's Tennis Nets National Title
SURPRISE, Ariz. – El Presidente laid down the law once again, and Barry University men’s tennis team became a national champion Saturday.
In a match that was as dramatic as they come, No. 1 Barry outlasted No. 2 Armstrong Atlantic in a 5-4 thriller to secure the program’s second NCAA Division II National Championship. It marked the university athletic program’s 10th national title in school history.

2013: Sweet Success: Men's Golf Wins NCAA Championship
HERSHEY, Pa. – It can’t get any sweeter for Barry University men’s golf.
Barry defeated Lynn by four strokes to break a 2-2-1 tiebreaker in the NCAA Division II National Championship match Friday at the par-71, 6,984-yard Hershey Country Club course. It marks the Buccaneers’ second national title in the program’s history.
