Women's Soccer 2003 - 2004

  • Team won its fifth straight SSC championship and won its 39th straight conference match
  • Bucs reached the NCAA Tournament for the 16th time in 17 years, extending their own NCAA record
  • Bucs advanced to the Quarterfinal round for the first time in three years
  • Johanna Fischer, Emelie Karlsson, Britt Miazgowicz, Tammie Thornton and Tiina Saario named to the NSCAA All-South Region first-team, Kassy Slattery made second team
  • Slattery, Fischer, Karlsson, Saario, Thornton and Miazgowicz were first-team All-SSC; Ulla Matikainen earned second team and Lauren Rodriguez was honorable mention
  • Karlsson was named SSC Offensive Player of the Year, and overall Player of the Year
  • Fischer earned a 4.0 GPA in the fall and Saario compiled a 4.0 GPA in the spring
  • Team cumulative GPA 3.141
