MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- Barry University women's tennis team open the NCAA Division II National Tournament Saturday when the No. 2-ranked Buccaneers host one of two South Regionals at Buccaneer Tennis Center.
The Bucs (24-0) will play Stillman (30-1) in Saturday's opening round at 11:30 a.m. Lynn (13-4) plays Rollins (13-5) at 2 p.m. The winners advance to meet for the region championship 9 a.m. Sunday.
Barry advanced to the NCAA semifinals last year after winning the 2011 national title.
Barry's women won the 2011 national title, and are coming off their fourth straight Sunshine State Conference championship last weekend.
