CITRUS SPRINGS, Fla. –Rain and thunder storms on Thursday and Friday morning have forced the cancellation of the EKU El Diablo Intercollegiate hosted by Eastern Kentucky University’s women’s golf team in Citrus Springs, Fla.
Rains cancel tournament's first day
CITRUS SPRINGS, Fla. – The Barry women's golf team was washed out of the first day of the 2010 EKU El Diablo Intercollegiate at El Diablo Golf & Country Club on Thursday.
Heavy rains in the Central Florida area forced the teams off the links after just one hole this morning. The tournament's final round will now be the only round, weather permitting on Friday.
