MIAMI -- Barry's Linda Fritschken and Akemi Maehama did it again. Now the two will each be playing for a championship to wrap up the women's tennis fall season.

Fritschken beat Air Force's Christine Molina, 7-6, 6-4, in Saturday's Flight 1 semifinals at the Florida International University End of the Fall Invitational. Fritschken's win over the NCAA Division I opponent moved her into Sunday's 8:30 a.m. title match.

Maehama defeated Air Force's Anastasia Hueffner, 6-1, 6-1, in the Flight 3 singles draw semifinals. Maehama's second win of the tournament moved her into Sunday's 10 a.m. finals.

In the Flight 1 doubles consolation draw, Barry's Isabela Miro and Fritschken took third place. Miro and Fritschken rolled to an 8-3 win over Youngstown State's Annina Brendel and Carolyn Jesko. The Bucs tandem lost to Ball State's Courtney Wild and Bethany Moore, 9-7, in a gruelling consolation semifinal battle earlier Saturday.

Fritschken and Miro's third place consolation finish completed doubles play for the Buccaneers this fall.

Sunday will be the final day of competition during the fall season.
