Brian Galvin enters his first season on head coach Steve McCrath’s staff. He works with the team’s goalkeepers. A 2006 graduate of UNLV, Galvin boasts a wealth of coaching experience. Most recently, he served two seasons at Manhattan College as the keeper coach and assistant. The Jaspers cut nearly two goals per game off their goals against average in his second season.

Prior to Manhattan, he served as the Director of Goalkeeping at Sports Domain Academy in Montclair, N.J. Galvin worked as an instructor for MLS’s Columbus Crew Soccer Academy in 2009-10. From 2007-10, he was the Director of Goalkeeping and also a staff coach for the Worthington Crew Junior Soccer Club.

In addition, he was the head coach at the Wellington School in Columbus, Ohio for two seasons from 2008-09. Galvin holds a National Goalkeeping Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America as well as a "D" license from the United States Soccer Federation.

Galvin is also the Director of the South Florida Goalkeeping Academy, which provides high level goalkeeper training and summer goalkeeping camps across South Florida.
