Barry University received 13 votes in the American Volleyball Coaches Association NCAA Division II poll released Monday.

The Buccaneers (2-2) beat No. 18 Lewis at Palm Beach Atlantic's Hyatt Place Classic Saturday. Friday, Barry played No. 7 Washburn to a competitive three-set loss in the season opener.

Concordia-St. Paul (Minn.) holds the No. 1 ranking, followed by Nebraska-Kearney and Southwest Minnesota State and Tampa, who are tied for third. Tampa fell from No. 2 to the tie for third after dropping a match on the opening weekend. Central Missouri is fifth.

Barry plays at Grand Valley State University's Grand Rapids Classic in Allendale, Mich., Friday and Saturday.
