MIAMI -- Barry University men's tennis team volunteered its time during the fall semester to support cancer relief.
The Buccaneers participated in the "Lets Walk to the End of Cancer, Light the Night" Walk at Bayfront Park in Miami.
The tennis team also was active in the Miami Shores Community Fest.
"We are glad we could participate in community-building opportunities," Barry 23-year men's tennis coach George Samuel said. "We are grateful to our community, and we appreciate their support to us. This is our way of giving back to them."
