MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- Barry University men's tennis team will debut at home for the first time this season at 10 a.m. Sunday when the No. 4-ranked Buccaneers host No. 6 Rollins.

Barry won its season opener last Saturday at Florida Tech, 9-0. The Bucs used 11 players in the victory. Rollins (1-1, 1-0 SSC) is coming off an 8-1 win over Florida Southern Tuesday. The Tars lost to Division I Central Florida, 6-1, to open their season.

Rollins, which will play at No. 3 Lynn a day before visiting Miami Shores, features the No. 36-ranked singles player in the country in Malte Christesen. The Tars also have the No. 14 doubles tandem of Jason Alabaster and Cooper Maxwell. Barry's top-ranked players include No. 7 Marco Mokrzycki and No. 16 Fabian Groetsch in singles. Mokrzycki and Groetsch are the No. 2-ranked doubles team in the country.

Last year, the Buccaneers lost to Rollins, 5-4, in the regular season before beating the Tars, 5-1, en route to a Sunshine State Conference title in Lakeland.
