MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- Barry University's Kristina Boncheva and Monika Kaminska received rowing All-American honors Tuesday.
Boncheva, a junior from Sofia, Bulgaria, was named a First-Team All-American by the College Rowing Coaches Association. She was also named to the All-Sunshine State Conference.
Kaminska, a freshman from Walcz, Poland, was a Second-Team All-American. She was also an All-SSC selection.
"It's well-deserved, and the whole team is proud of them," Barry coach Dave Sanderson said.
Barry will compete in the NCAA Championships Friday-Sunday at Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis. Watch coverage of the NCAA Championships HERE.
