Diversifying

The university is included in the magazine’s list of the top 100 universities in the nation for total number of minority students graduating with master’s degrees (82nd), total number of Hispanic students receiving master’s degrees (40th) and total number of Hispanic students receiving doctorate degrees (45th). The ranking does not consider size, only total number of graduates.

Barry ranks above several well-known institutions, such as Georgetown, Rutgers, Loyola and Ohio State University. Each ranking considers all degree programs and disciplines and is based on a review of data from 2006-2007.
