For the Record

The results were based on the February 2008 Bar Exam. Barry’s passage rate is 4 percent above the state average.

February’s first-time Bar passage rate is the highest in Barry’s history, surpassing the 79.1 percent set in July 2007. A total of 30 Barry Law School graduates took the February Florida Bar Exam. In all, 1,758 applicants from across the state took the Bar Exam in Tampa February 26-27, with 638 passing and being approved to the Florida Bar by the Florida Supreme Court.
