Dance with a Mission

B.L.I.S.S. and JA (Jamaican Association), two of Barry University’s dance troupes, performed at FUSION a “So You Think You Can Dance” type competition in November. In the competition, the troupes performed two original dance numbers along with a pre-selected piece chosen by event sponsors, the Alternative Spring Break student group and the Office of Student Activities, Cultural and Creative Arts Series-Mosaic. Funds raised from the event benefited Barry’s Alternative Spring Break program.
