Forsaken

“Recently Deserted,” a solo exhibit featuring the photographs of Master of Fine Arts student Miriam Sredni was held September 21- November 28 in the Barry University Gallery of Fine Art. Her work depicts abandoned buildings and other desolate areas that still display evidence of the human interaction that once took place there. “Miriam Sredni’s color photographs explore the interior geography and exterior desolation of baron emotional landscapes symptomatic of the 20th century soul,” said Barry University Fine Arts professor Dr. Hugh Murphy.
