The Latino Social Work Organization (LSWO)
Formed in 1992, by a group of young social workers in Chicago, the LSWO aims to advocate for quality bilingual/bicultural services to the Latino community and other oppressed communities. It is an organization of students and professionals, providing opportunities to share, network, and learn within the social work profession.
