Mabel Rodriguez Director of Admissions & Enrollment ProfileMs. Rodriguez has more than 12 years of direct social work practice experience with individuals, families, and groups in a myriad of settings, including healthcare, schools, in-home services, and mental health facilities. She joined Barry University in 2002 and currently serves as Director of Admissions & Enrollment for the School of Social Work. Prior to her position as Director of Admissions, she served six years as Assistant Director of Field Education at the School of Social Work developing, placing and supervising BSW & MSW student internships. Ms. Rodriguez has been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida since 1997 and is a qualified supervisor who has provided licensure supervision to registered mental health counselor and social work interns. Ms. Rodriguez earned a BSW in 1990 from Indiana University and an MSW from Florida International University in 1992. Additionally, Ms. Rodriguez is working toward completing a doctorate degree at Barry University. |
