On-Campus Recruitment

One of the most effective methods for recruiting students and alumni is for you to develop and maintain a visible presence on our campus. We can facilitate this process in a variety of ways:

On-Campus Interviews
As a service to our employer partners, we welcome you to conduct your first-round, screening, interviews on campus, in our Career Center. On a convenient date, you may come to campus and spend the day in our office interviewing students and alumni. Prior to the interview, we will post and advertise the positions as well as your interview date. Depending on your preference, you may collect resumes in advance and select your candidates to interview, or we can fill an open schedule with all interested candidates.

Resume Referrals
Are you looking to fill a single position and coming to campus is not time-efficient? Do you want to collect resumes and then bring candidates to your organization to interview? Our resume referral service can assist you in your search – contact us with an organizational profile and a detailed position description and we will collect resumes from students and alumni by your stated deadline.

Information Sessions
If you are looking to spread the word on what your organization does and how students can apply for positions, information sessions give you access to students in a variety of majors. Come to campus and present an overview of your company and its offerings!

Industry Specific Career Fairs
Career Services hosts several on-campus career fairs each academic year. We invite employers to participate in these events for a set fee. If you would like to attend any of our career fairs, please register using eBUC$.
