Tracks Talks Offers Safe, Supportive Space for Discourse on Race and Sexual Orientation.

Tracks Talks Offers Safe, Supportive Space for Discourse on Race and Sexual Orientation.

All students can speak openly about race and sexual orientation at the newest Tracks Talks Intergroup Dialogue Series (IGD) focused on these topics. The four-day event is hosted by Barry’s Center for Human Rights and Social Justice. The dialogue takes place in a safe and supportive space where students will share and hear experiences and perspectives on the subject. The event offers hands-on activities that teach participants skills to create inclusive communities by engaging in difficult conversations.

Participants must commit to the entire series. They will receive a free meal, a certificate of completion, and a TRACKS t-shirt. If you’re interested in participating in the research study and getting a $20 Amazon gift card, contact Ms. Aiyana Gonzalez aiyana.gonzalez@mymail.barry.edu.
