Summer 2008

TYPE OF STUDENT	PROCEDURE/REQUIREMENTS
Degree Seeking	Complete a Barry University application and submit it to the Office of Admissions. Submit supporting credentials.
Former – Academically inactive for one calendar year Undergraduate	Complete a Barry University application and submit it to the Office of Admissions. Submit supporting credentials if attended another university since last enrollment at Barry University.
GRADUATE	Complete a Barry University readmission application and submit it to the Office of Admissions. Submit supporting credentials if attended another university since last enrollment at Barry University.
Guest Students	Enrolled in degree program elsewhere and wish Barry credits transferred to “Home” institution. Submit a non-degree application. Submit signed statement of good standing from “Home” institution with application.
Post-Graduate Non-Degree	Hold - master’s degree or higher. Submit non-degree application and proof of master’s degree. Credit limit: 9 semester hours
Graduate Non-Degree	Hold - bachelor’s degree. Submit non-degree application and proof of bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution. Credit limit: Varies with program
Undergraduate Non-Degree	Hold high school diploma or some college credentials from a regionally accredited institution. Submit non-degree application and proof of high school graduation and/or transcript from a regionally accredited institution. Credit limit: Varies with program
Audit	Must meet regular admission requirements. Use a code of “A” in the Special Code Column on the Registration Form.
TEACHER CERTIFICATION Bachelor Degree Certification	Submit a non-degree application and proof of degree from a regionally accredited institution. Credit limit: 15 semester hours
Graduate Degree Certification	Submit a non-degree application and proof of degree from a regionally accredited institution. Credit limit: 9 semester hours
