The Department of Campus Ministry invites the Barry community to Just Be Meditation.

Time: 12:30 – 12:55 p.m.
Location: Campus Ministry Office 

Remove stress and find inner peace with this weekly guided meditation practice in the middle of the day. You will learn meditation techniques and tools to help you balance emotions and enjoy the present moment. Beginners and seasoned meditators are welcome.
