The De Porres Center and the Department of Campus Ministry have teamed up with Feeding South Florida to host a campus-wide food drive.
The food drive will be held from Monday, Nov. 12 through Tuesday, Nov, 20. Collection boxes are located in Landon 108 and the Campus Ministry Office (behind Cor Jesu Chapel).
Acceptable items include:
1. Canned Meats (tuna, chicken, etc.)
2. Granola Bars
3. Canned Fruits & Vegetables
4. Canned Soups
5. Rice & Beans (dry or canned)
All Barry University students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to participate. Volunteer and service-learning hours will not be granted for participation in the food drive. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or visit Landon 108 for more information.
