Spring 2013 ISR Sport and Recreation – new classes added

Instructional Activities in Sport and Recreation (ISR) offers a variety of sport, fitness and recreation classes that will help you meet your fitness goals during the spring semester.

The following are some of the classes that will be available.

NEW CLASSES ADDED:

? ISR 210-Advanced Archery (T, 1-220pm or F, 1-220pm)
? ISR 199-Body Sculpting (TTH, 1-220pm)

? ISR 105/205- Cardio Kickboxing (TTH, 930-1050pm or W, 830-950pm)
? ISR 127/227- Mind & Body Meditation (T, 7-920pm)
? ISR 151/251- Pilates (MWF, 1-150pm)
? ISR 160/260- Swimming (MW, 400-520pm)
? ISR 189- Yoga (S,130-250pm)
