Dining Services names new catering manager

Dining Services would like to welcome Pablo Rodriguez as the new catering manager at Barry University.

Rodriguez joins the Barry community from the University of Texas where he was the catering and event manager for a $1.5 million account. Rodriguez has over ten years of experience in retail, sales and marketing, as well as successful food and beverage operations management. He has a B.S. in business from the Universidad Metropolitana (Caracas, Venezuela) and an MBA in marketing and entertainment from the University of Dallas. Rodriguez’s catering and marketing experience will help bring catering to the next level at Barry University.
