SHEPHERDSTOWN, W. Va. -- Barry University sophomore middle blocker Laine Cielena and freshman setter Jenny Trinidad were named to the Ram Rumble All-Tournament Team.
The Buccaneers volleyball players helped Barry go 3-1 at the tournament over the weekend hosted by Shepherd University.
Cielena had a team-best 37 kills and nine aces, and Trinidad had a team-high 81 assists and 10 aces.
The Buccaneers will compete at the Eckerd College Classic Saturday in St. Petersburg, Fla. Barry's first home match is Friday, Sept. 20 against No. 28 Palm Beach Atlantic at 7 p.m. in Health & Sports Center.
